Yes I've been there! Through years of feeling inadequate to years of investing in myself I've journeyed through Narcissistic abuse and lived to tell the tales.
Hey I'm Sonya and being a highly empathetic person led me to work in the people industry as a Social Worker and therapist. I could keep giving, as my childhood programming taught me. So I used my skills for good.
But somewhere along the way, I became blatantly aware that I was in cycles where I had no sense of who I was... I was a shell. So through therapy, learning that I "have a right to...." mind shift, I started to feel less selfish and more SELF!
Healthier relationships, experiencing joy, having boundaries and developing self-worth has been the journey I've taken.
